Although there is a need to change in the AI system so that it can work with the provisions of IPR as well as AI is an emerging trend in our country which is boosting everyday and people are becoming habitual of getting their work done through this technology. Therefore, the role of law is quite impactful in this technology.
  • Evidence law: We all know how evidence act is important for the law and now technology plays a huge role in this as in a lot of cases people have proof of mishappening or crime over their whatsapp messages or call record is admissible but along with a printed paper record of such evidence. Therefore, such technology helped a lot in the Indian Law system for providing justice to a lot of people.
  • Law on facial recognition technology: Facial recognition technology has proven to be of a great use and it has always been praised by government officials in terms of security for tracking down the criminals through this technology. This technology is being used in a variety of manner by people related to law enforcement for the purpose of surveillance where this technology has been used to identify criminals, identify criminals who have been arrested before as well and it also helps in identifying and locating missing persons.
  • Information technology bill 2002: Our Government, understanding the importance of Information technology from time to time, makes changes and amendments in Information Technology bill 2002 by making numerous changes  in lieu of rights for the women related to technology sector for the safety and development of women.

Therefore, laws related to technology play an important role in the development and working of the technology sector and our Government always as per the requirement make necessary changes in the law so that the technology sector reaches great growth.
